Overview

Jeremy Storm, an American treasure hunter, and his partner Sophie Chen, an expert in ancient artifacts, embark on a mission to find newly rumored bronze warriors off the coast of Italy.

Storm has a reputation of being one of the best treasure hunters in the world, but his obsession with ancient treasures has often gotten him into trouble. Sophie is his voice of reason, keeping Storm grounded and focused on the missions.

His journey begins in the small town of Riace in Calabria, Italy where he learns about the Riace Bronze Warriors, two ancient Greek sculptures that were discovered off the coast of Riace in the 1970s. Storm becomes obsessed with finding the new rumored bronze warriors and Sophie half-heartedly agrees to join him on his quest.

His investigation takes him from Calabria to the Sassi town of Matera, where he meets with an archeologist who tells him about a potential new discovery. He also encounters a rival treasure hunter who is also after the fabled bronze warriors. Storm must navigate his way through a dangerous game of cat and mouse with their rival—who will stop at nothing to get to the treasure first.

Next, his journey leads him to Sorrento, Italy where he uncovers a clue that takes him to the island of Ischia. On Ischia, he faces his biggest challenge yet as he encounters a criminal organization that has been searching for the rumored bronze warriors for years. Storm and Sophie must use all their skills to outsmart the organization and uncover the truth about the bronze warriors.

On Ischia, a very old fisherman tells Storm about a small island southwest of Rome his grandfather once told him contained the ‘treasure of all treasures.’ Storm sets out for the island of Palmarola which he believes is the final resting place of the remaining bronze warriors.

The novel is a fast-paced thrilling adventure that combines history, mystery and danger.
